This program is designed to improve speed, acceleration and agility. Each athlete will receive an initial assessment leading into our six-week progressive program, and we’ll cap things off with a final assessment and take-home performance report including recommendations for success. Sessions will consist of an athlete briefing, dynamic warmup, speed and agility skill work, competitive scenarios, strength and power exercises and a cooldown.
This program is taught by Ryan, who has been coaching athletes, teams, clients and groups for eight plus years. He’s worked with pro’s in the NFL and MLB, private health clubs in Tampa and Phoenix, and prep school programs across the country. Ryan specializes in sport performance, nutrition and post-rehab. His athletes are recognized for their game-readiness, speed, athletic ability, and lack of injury. When Ryan’s not coaching athletes you can find him playing soccer and pickleball, hiking or boarding in the Berkshires, and exploring cafes and museums in NYC.

We do NOT close due to weather events, except in very rare circumstances. We understand that we’re just playing games and don’t expect you to venture out if you’re uncomfortable. However, we will be unable to make up missed games due to weather (we just don’t have space in our schedule). Come play!
