For Athletes Who are Serious About Improving
This is the part where your kid gets faster, stronger, and harder to catch.
Fitness & Agility for Sports is built to boost speed, acceleration, and change-of-direction skills so athletes stop running like baby giraffes and start moving like actual teammates you want on the field. Each player starts with an initial assessment, then works through a six-week progressive program, finishing with a final assessment and a take-home performance report with clear next steps (not just “run more”).
Each session includes:
- Quick athlete briefing (what we’re doing and why)
- Dynamic warm-up (not just standing in a circle touching toes)
- Speed and agility skill work
- Competitive games and “who’s actually faster” moments
- Strength and power exercises
- Cooldown so they can still walk the next day
Our coaching staff works with youth and teen athletes across multiple sports and focuses on smart training, real game speed, and staying on the field instead of on the injury list.
Cost: $155 per session (includes four 55-minute classes and a T-shirt)
